Crucial Influence: Applying the Science of Leading Change to Clinical Practice Jane Long, EdD, CPC, DASSM
In this adapted program for clinicians, we'll explore the science of behavior change to improve accountability, safety, quality, engagement, and more. We'll provide an overview of the Crucial Influence Model and analyze impactful case studies that illuminate model results. We'll identify several change-needing situations clinicians encounter and develop vital behavior scenarios that address these safety, patient welfare, organizational cohesion, and relationship concerns.
