CRNA Crucial Influence: Applying the Science of Leading Change Jane Long, EdD, CPC, DASSM
In this adapted program for CRNAs, we'll explore the science of behavior change to improve accountability, safety, quality, engagement, and more. We'll provide an overview of the Crucial Influence Model and analyze impactful case studies that illuminate model results. We'll identify several change-needing situations CRNAs encounter and develop vital behavior scenarios that address these safety, patient welfare, organizational cohesion, and relationship concerns.

Identify Six Sources of Influence
Describe how to leverage Six Sources to motivate and enable change
Meet us at the Terrace des Fleurs, nestled between the France Pavilion and the picturesque World Showcase Lagoon.
The Luminous: The Symphony of Us show includes fireworks, fountains, music and lights set to an original composition with selections from the Disney songbook.
