Ask about discounts for VCU alumni, our clinical partners, and SRNAs at nafa@vcu.edu. We’ll be glad to provide you with a unique coupon code to use on the registration checkout page.
Please note that the coupon must be used/applied at the time of enrollment, cannot be combined with other discounts/coupons, and will not be retroactively applied.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
You may cancel your registration up until the cancellation deadline listed on the registration page and receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. After that date, no refunds will be given. Cancellations must be received via email at nafa@vcu.edu.
In the unlikely case that an event is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, NAFA VCU will fully refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including change or cancellation charges to include but not limited to airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
