Tracy graduated with his MSNA from Texas Wesleyan University in 2001 and immediately began practice as an independent CRNA in Louisiana. He is currently a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Essential Anesthesia Management, which has over 130 facilities in 5 states with over 1,400 anesthesia providers. He also received his MBA with a Healthcare focus from The George Washington University in 2008.

Tracy is the current AANA President-Elect and has previously served as the AANA Region 7 Director and on several committees and panels for the AANA, including chairing the Nominating Committee, serving on the Finance Committee, Executive Evaluation Committee, Chair of the Governance Committee, serving on the Technical Reimbursement Panel, and is the current Chair of the AANA Innovation Panel.

Tracy was also very involved in the state leadership for the Louisiana Association of Nurse Anesthesiology, having served as the State Reimbursement Specialist, GRC Chair, Vice President, and two terms as State President.

Janet Setnor served as the president of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA) from 2024-2025. She has been an active member of the Virginia Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (VANA) serving on every committee at least once and has twice been the president. Jan is also a retired Air Force Colonel with 26 years of service, the last six serving on the staff of the Air Force Surgeon General as an advisor for Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) issues. She is a 1998 graduate of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.

Hernando De Soto is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology, Chief of Pediatric Anesthesia at UF Health Jacksonville, and Chair of Anesthesia Services at the UF Proton Radiation Services, Jacksonville, Florida.

He is the author of many publications and has given multiple presentations in the topic of pediatric anesthesia and other topics. De Soto completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. After his residency he completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesia and Intensive Care at Children’s Hospital National Medical Center in Washington D.C.
