For over 45 years, NAFA VCU has hosted one of the most respected annual meetings in nurse anesthesiology — and we’re thrilled to welcome you to your first NAFA VCU perfusion experience at the Walt Disney World Resort in Fall 2026!
Join us for our most popular event of the year, where education meets inspiration in a setting like no other. Whether you're here for continuing education, networking, or simply to connect with leaders in perfusion, this is the place to be.
NAFA VCU is the continuing education division of VCU Nurse Anesthesia, which houses one of the nation’s top-ranked programs for the nurse anesthesiology specialty and now offers a Master of Science in Cardiovascular Perfusion program.
We offer diverse, clinically relevant content delivered by outstanding speakers. The program is ABCP Approved for 24 Category I CEUs by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion.
We schedule the lecture program to start and end early, giving you the content you need and plenty of time to enjoy the resort and parks.

This year, both meetings run concurrently to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration. Each specialty maintains focused tracks, with combined Thursday sessions on interprofessional crisis care and pharmacology on bypass.

ABCP Category I Approved CEUs
The American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) has approved this program for 24 Category I CEUs.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
You may cancel your registration up until October 15, 2026 to receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. After that date, no refunds will be given. Cancellations must be received via email at NAFA@vcu.edu.
In the unlikely case that an event is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the NAFA will fully refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including change or cancellation charges, to include but not limited to airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
